Oh, super stuff - as always. I've taken your marvelous idea of Take 5 and composed it with my other two key ingredients into an anti-depression therapy. I run this idea through with some folks from Stanford, Cambridge, Humboldt and UCLA and the consensus is that it the dopamine secretion in HIGH. Thanks for inspiring images...
