My reproduction of an early draughts board, in a layered putty colour on faded black.
Made the same as the original, with missing front cleat, two split boards that have slightly shifted out of square, and applied trim attached with old square cut nails.
Since Christmas I've had so many requests for game boards I decided I'd better squeeze a few in. This one is a reproduction of one I had seen on Pinterest. The original was 13.5 inches, I enlarged mine to 18.5" square, on thin planed pine.
A game board made from new wood that I have aged, painted and joined with square nails. 24" x 16" x 1". Hook on back for hanging. (Antique checkers are available separately sold.)
My reproduction of an early 1900's dartboard. I have done a lot of gameboards in the past, but lately I'm finding that I'm more drawn to the graphics of target boards and fairground art, so watch for more of that in the future. This dart board was 19.5" x 19, and has sold.
